Some lessons cannot be taught from one person to the next, depending on the relationship type. Sometimes you have to challenge the person on a broad subject invite them on a journey to a destination and ask them to discover and learn in a way that is self driven. The entrepreneur may not have all the decisions ready to get the team where they need to be but simply the destination. Their ability to gather talent and trust on their team will enable others to follow them. In my position, there is no manual or person to watch over my shoulder to get it done. There is simple a destination "to change lives by helping people get mentally, physically, and spiritually healthier at our health clubs and in our local community." This is how innovation is started.This is a great example of the cliche: Be a team player. In fact, I believe this is a phrase that was created by the entrepreneurs of the past when building their teams.
